Hello Lillie’s Friends

I decided an update was in order in case you have been wondering what Lillie’s Books is up to.

This week another delivery will be made to the Eastern and Western Domestic Violence Service for children who find themselves in emergency care.
Thanks go to this month’s special Friends for donating books or dollars: Dave Powell, Stacey Nelan and Donna Annett.
Check out the attached photo. Dad donated a beautiful book case he made to store Lillie’s Books. I get a lovely warm feeling when I walk past that book case filled with books. Thanks Dad!

A big thanks in advance to the following Friends:
Issey and Aalia Dybiec who will be helping this week to put bookplates inside the front cover of the books
Mum and dad who will be delivering the books.

The generous staff at the City of Unley who will be making gold coin donations to Lillie’s Books on Casual Day, Friday 19th July.
As you can imagine, the supply of books on the shelf will be much depleted after this week’s delivery. Together, we will need to replenish the supply.
